changeover day:please include both the day and the time for arrivals and departures

accommodation:this is the section for the practicalities of your property. how many bedrooms does it have? 

are pets allowed? is there a maid service, what sort of linen and towels are provided, if any? what about a kitchen 

and so on. this is a good place to mention what sort of environmentally responsible decisions have been taken 

in the build and running of the property - solar power, composting toilet etc. please include a good level of detail,
